The Instituto de Supervisão de Jogos (ISJ) announced the measure on Wednesday via its official LinkedIn channel. The circular establishes a structured timeline for provisional licensing, replacing the current transitional procedures. Operators must submit their applications within the designated month to maintain legal compliance.
The licensing window aligns with the broader regulatory shift mandated by the recently enacted Gaming Activity Law. The ISJ will review submitted documentation and issue provisional permits before the transitional regime concludes. Companies that secure approval during this period will continue operations under the updated legal standards.
