German lottery operator ZEAL Network has expanded into the United Kingdom by purchasing the remaining 96.5% stake in SevenCanyon. The London-based prize draw company was previously held at a 3.5% ownership level by the German group.

The acquisition is valued at approximately £33.8m. This amount remains subject to post-completion adjustments, including a single-digit million pound correction for vehicle inventory. The purchase completes ZEAL Network’s full ownership of the UK entity.SevenCanyon operates as a dedicated prize draw provider within the British gaming sector. Integrating the company allows ZEAL Network to establish a direct commercial presence in the region. The German operator previously maintained only a minority share in the business before finalizing the complete buyout.
